Salary Range: $2600.00 - $2700.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) - Available after 90 days Mental Health Day provided once a month - Available after 90 days Weekends Off Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance all available! We provide business cards and 1 Headshot Photo Hands On Training Professional Work Environment Office Snacks & Coffee Responsibilities Review all carriers upcoming renewals with insureds to ensure accuracy of policies and coverages. Identify and present cross-sell opportunities to maximize discounts and premium relief for customers. Ensure all applicable discounts are applied to each policy. Collect renewal premium payments as needed. Educate customers about our Referral Program to grow the agency and reward client loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with insureds. Requirements Required Licenses: Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License. If you do not currently hold these licenses, our agency will provide the tools and guidance to help you obtain them. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the required state licensing exams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients. Ability to successfully pass a background check (as required by Farmers Insurance and state regulations). 90-Day Probationary Period: No vacation or leave days may be used during the first 90 days of employment. This includes the monthly Mental Health Day, which becomes available after the probationary period.
