Job Description
We’re hiring a Guest Service/Experience Associate for a highly anticipated bakery opening in town, known for our cobblers and baked goods. You’ll be the warm, high energy face at the counter: guiding guests through the menu, boxing orders beautifully, and keeping the line moving. You’ll also support light finishing/prep (plating, labeling, warming, toppings as trained) plus basic coffee as a simple add on (no espresso). Shifts are scheduled between 9:00am 10:30pm (includes prep and close). We run two main shifts with a midday relief shift to support rushes and ensure consistent break coverage. Team members are cross-trained across front counter and kitchen.
