Job Description
Customer Service Representative
Location: Chatsworth, CAPay: $19.00/hourSchedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and return calls promptly, even when service dates are unavailable
- Work closely with the customer service team to support daily operations
- Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
- Document customer interactions, service requests, and complaints through detailed reports
- Meet with clients in person when they visit the facility
- Coordinate and manage the daily service calendar for three technicians
- Prepare all required paperwork for scheduled services
- Generate invoices for billable services in coordination with the accounting team and update Market Sharp system
- Communicate with the factory to ensure rework items and service products are ready as scheduled
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively to solve problems
- Knowledge of company products and services (or ability to quickly learn)
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
