Location: Remote within Shentel's footprint in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and OhioSchedule: Full-timeWhat You'll Do:As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
