About the Role: USA Staffing is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team! We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.*
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and provide effective solutions.*
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.*
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and resources.*
- Meet personal and team performance targets, including call handling quotas.*
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.*
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.*
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.*
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.*
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.*
- Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt/respond to different customer interactions.*
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
