Customer Service / Data EntryJoin a team where accuracy, organization, and follow-through keep operations moving. Trak group is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry professional to support order processing and daily workflow within a structured, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Process and enter customer orders accurately within internal systems
Support customer inquiries and assist with order-related questions
Maintain and update records across ERP systems and internal databases
Assist with administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Experience in an office, customer service, or data entry role
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
