- Accurately input and maintain customer data, orders, and service information in company systems with high attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and correctly.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final processing or distribution.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding orders, invoices, or service requests.
- Determine and record charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and arrange for billing as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 1–2 years of data entry or customer service experience (print industry experience preferred).
- Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately while maintaining focus and precision.
- Experience with PrintSmith or other print management software a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
