Job Description An insurance customer service representative is many things to many people but with our agency we see an them as an educator and go getter that helps people make informed decisions that can protect and ultimately improve their lives. At a basic level they help customers with their existing polices but much deeper than that they an educator about how insurance works, they are a legal representative making sure the customer qualifies and issues the contract between customer and company, they are a counselor helping people through lifes highs and lows, and most importantly a trusted advisor helping people be prepared and protected for the future. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers. Document each customer contact in eAgent.
