Customer Service Associate – Car Wash
Job Level: Entry-Level
Location: Fairview, TN
Status: Full-Time & Part-Time
Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour + commission (OTE $18+ per hour)

About the Role:
At Wash Associates, a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving membership sales. This role is the front line of the customer experience and plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
- Promote and sell monthly memberships and upsell premium services
- Load vehicles and guide customers through the wash process safely
- Maintain site cleanliness, including general upkeep and equipment care
- Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
- Encourage customer feedback and positive reviews
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Physically able to perform outdoor work and operate equipment
