Job Description

AO Globe Life is hiring motivated professionals to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as individuals seeking a people-focused career with strong long-term growth potential.

Structured training, mentorship, and scheduled client consultations are provided so you can build a meaningful career while working from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up support
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
Passion for service-focused work and helping others
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have reliable internet access along with a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam capability.
