What You'll Do

  • Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Phoenix area
  • Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff
  • Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service
  • Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards
  • Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance

A Day in the Life

You'll start your day at our Mesa service center, load your route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day, you'll interact with nurses and hospital teams, deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything meets their needs.

No long-haul routes. No overnight travel. Home every day.

Full-time 2nd-shift schedule: Tues-Sat / 3pm-11:30pm

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Arizona environment
  • Schedule based on customer demand; may include afternoon shifts and weekends
  • Ability to travel, including:
  • One week of training in San Antonio, TX
  • Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide
  • Travel by commercial air for business needs
