This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing in its people, systems, and long-term growth initiatives while maintaining a team-oriented culture.Job DescriptionCustomer Experience & Relationship ManagementLead day-to-day customer service operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across key accounts
Act as the voice of the customer internally, communicating demand changes, technical requirements, and business impacts to cross-functional teams
Take ownership of customer issues and drive timely resolution through collaboration with operations, sales, quality, and engineering team
Manage and mentor a team of customer service professionals
Monitor performance and provide coaching to ensure service excellence and adherence to company standards
Develop training initiatives and knowledge-sharing resources to support team growth
Maintain an organized workflow and establish priorities to meet customer expectations
Quoting, Pricing & Commercial SupportPrepare and manage quotations for custom-engineered products
Support pricing initiatives and customer communications related to commercial activity
Track quotation activity and follow up with customers regarding open opportunities
Partner with internal stakeholders to align pricing strategy with business objectives
Process Improvement & ReportingAnalyze customer service metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Develop reports and performance measurements to support management decision-makingAssist with system enhancements, process improvements, and customer service best practices
Support ERP/MRP and related business systems utilized within the organization
Work closely with sales, operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to support customer requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
Experience resolving complex customer issues while maintaining professionalism and urgency
Knowledge of ERP, MRP, or similar business systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, engineering, quality, and commercial teams
Experience working with custom manufacturing, engineered products, industrial components, or technical solutions is highly preferred
