Job Description
Customer Service / Order Entry RepresentativeLocation: Omaha, NEPay: $21.00/hourShift: 2nd ShiftAre you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking? We're looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support daily shipping, receiving and customer service operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You'll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch customer shipments
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with warehouse teams, customers and carriers regarding shipments and receipts
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with inbound and outbound freight scheduling
- Perform data entry, filing, email correspondence and other administrative duties
- Support daily office and customer service operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency, including data entry and email communication
- Ability to operate office equipment, calculators and phone systems
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Warehouse and office setting
- Temperatures may range from approximately 28 F to 38 F depending on work area
- Occasional exposure to wet floors or damp conditions
- May work in an environment where meat products are present
