Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to help answer calls, respond to emails, and enter booking requests for a babysitting referral service for traveling families, hotels, weddings, and events.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable on the phone, and good with details.
Job Duties:
- Answer calls and emails from families and clients.
- Collect booking information and enter it into our system.
- Follow a simple phone script.
- Answer basic questions about our service.
- Send booking details to the office team.
- Help keep requests organized and moving quickly.
Must Have:
- Friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working weekends.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. cities and locations.
- Reliable, organized, and easy to work with.
Experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, hospitality, childcare, or travel is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
