• Place purchase orders and generate quotes for goods and services
• Review and evaluate orders for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with customers and vendors through inbound and outbound channels
• Resolve sales-related issues with products, orders, and deliveries
• Coordinate with sales teams to address customer needs and concerns
• Provide updates on order status, quotes, lead times, and shipping dates
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal departments
• Identify process errors and implement solutions to prevent recurrence

What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative Role:

• Experience navigating multiple software systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
