Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be assisting clients with policy changes, updating client information, and scheduling appointments
- Use your savvy skills to cross-selling and rounding out client accounts
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in educating and advising clients on their policies
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- A Property & Casualty license is a bonus.
- A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Tech-savvy, with basic computer software knowledge, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
