Job Description

Skilled carpenter, and handyman

Craftsman with Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical and Plumbing skills needed. Work independently. Work independently with benefits. We have office staff to handle the paperwork for you so you can do the work in a family atmosphere. Compensation: Ranges from $40,000 to $65,000

Perform carpentry, drywall, light electrical and light plumbing repairs in homes and commercial properties.
Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects.
Strong, 'multi-skill' background desired. Must have/own 'day-to-day' tools of the trade.
Deliver a consistent and remarkably better customer experience when working in the customers home or commercial business.
Communicate with customers about the scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations.
Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open the doors to future work.

Skills/Requirements:

Be punctual

Experience in the construction field is a plus

Compensation: $18.75 - $30.00 per hour
