This is a great opportunity for someone who is quick to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for customers, primarily through email and phone communication, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your role will include, but is not limited to:Customer Interaction & Support: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage web-based inquiries. Provide prompt, professional, and friendly support while addressing questions, concerns, and product-related inquiries.Problem Solving & Resolution: Gather and assess customer information to resolve issues efficiently. Escalate complex concerns when needed and follow through to ensure complete resolution.Documentation & Coordination: Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes.Order & Return Processing: Assist customers with product returns and ensure proper handling and documentation of return requests.Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
- Training Schedule (first 3 months): 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Post-training Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- In-office position (no remote work available)

- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
