Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at a growing industrial wire products company. This role is critical in supporting the sales team by ensuring excellent service, accurate order processing, and timely communication with customers. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Support the sales team with order entry, tracking, and follow-up
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systems
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic Excel skills preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• In-office role located near the Hobby Airport area in Houston
