Customer Service Representative Muscatine, IA 9:00AM-5:30PM | Monday-Friday (Occasional Overtime) Pay: $19.00/hr.+ Weekly PayHiring Immediately - Apply Today! Advance Services is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work for a local, family-owned, and operated 3PL company located in the heart of the Midwest.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements.*
- Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets, packing lists and bills of lading.*
- Communicate with customers and carriers for transporting customer orders and receipts.*
- Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS)*
- Effectively communicate with warehouse operations to ensure proper scheduling
