Customer Service Representative Des Moines, IAFull-Time | Weekly Pay | No WeekendsPay: $19.50 per hourSchedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM (OT as needed)Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in a logistics environment*
- Knowledge of SAP and inventory processes preferred*
- Shipping and Receiving experience*
- Excel experience*
- Inventory experience*
