As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our policyholders. Youll be the go-to person for questions, support, and making sure everyone feels valued and well-cared for. Salary Range: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims with clarity and patience.

Assist customers in making policy changes, updating information, and processing payments.

Provide support and guidance to customers experiencing issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the agency management system.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming office atmosphere.

Requirements

MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN AN INSURANCE LICENSE

Bilingual a plus

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
