Customer Service Representative (8779)

• Responsible for customer growth and retention through sales and customer service efforts. 
• Directly address customer requests/concerns for the company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly. 
• Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders. 
• Daily sales entry. 
• Past due customer collection calls. 
• Participate in self-directed work team environment. 
• Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned. 

• HS diploma or GED. 
• At least one year of Customer Service/Operations Support preferred. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel). 
• Adapt easily to new software, multiple information management dashboards. 

• Pleasant, professional and courteous personality. 
• Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and flexible. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines. 
• Superior focus in an environment of distraction and outstanding “follow-through” skills.
