Work schedule: Ability to work a flexible work schedule. (8am-430pm OR 1130am-8pm)
Work location & Type: Remote once successful completion of training.
Skills:
Call Center experience is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
Resolve the callers' needs.
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule. (8am-430pm or 1130am-8pm)
Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
