Job Description
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Location: Warwick, RI
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with questions related to defined benefit annuities or pensions.
- Provide clear explanations of policy details, payments, and account status.
- Complete account maintenance requests such as direct deposit and address changes, beneficiary and death notifications, and assist throughout the claims process.
- Explain complex financial information clearly and accurately.
- Multitask across multiple systems during live customer interactions.
- Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong reliability through consistent attendance and adherence to schedules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable with enhancements from Artificial Intelligence.
Benefits:
- Training conducted on-site at the Warwick, Rhode Island office.
- Five-week instructor-led training program followed by a two-week nesting period.
- Reliable attendance throughout the training period is mandatory.
- Work from home after successful completion of quality certification/assessment.
- Required to work in Warwick office at least one day per month.
- Travel to Warwick office required if experiencing system issues at home office.
- Quiet, secure, and distraction-free home office setup required.
- High-speed internet with home office connected to router using ethernet cable.
- Flexible shift assignments required; schedules may vary based on business needs.
- Schedules determined using a ranking system based on performance in training.
