Job Description
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Location: Warwick, RI
Summary:
- Start Date: 9/28/2026
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with questions related to defined benefit annuities or pensions.
- Provide clear explanations of policy details, payments, and account status.
- Complete account maintenance requests such as direct deposit and address changes, beneficiary and death notifications.
- Assist throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (financial services strongly preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial information in an understandable way.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems during live customer interactions.
- Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Curious and supportive of enhancements from Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong reliability through consistent attendance and adherence to schedules.
Benefits:
- Training conducted on-site at our Warwick, Rhode Island office.
- Five-week instructor-led training program followed by a two-week nesting period.
- Post-training, the position will transition to work from a home office, with one day per month required in the Warwick office.
- Schedules determined using a ranking system based on performance in training.
