Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide support to commercial and P&C clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Inbound Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring clients receive timely responses. Policy Support: Assist with policy changes, renewals, and updates for insurance clients. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our system. Problem Solving: Address client concerns effectively, offering solutions to meet their needs. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient service delivery.Ability to work productively in remote location. Hybrid and in-office also available.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in insurance is required.

P&C license preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Customer Focus: A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with clients.
