Customer Service Representative

Bradley Mechanical is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
- Provide a positive, professional first impression for all customers.
- Gather accurate customer and job information to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate service expectations, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers.
- Schedule all service calls for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC customers.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the service and operations teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in a service-based or trades environment is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong phone etiquette and customer communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
