Job Description
We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to provide onsite support for a financial institution in Las Vegas. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $20 to $21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls following AI agent interactions.
- Provide support for customer inquiries relating to credit card rewards, new applications, periodic promotions, account maintenance, and general questions.
- Train on and use the client’s omnichannel support system to manage customer interactions.
- Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
