Byrider- 3129 MacCorkle Ave, South Charleston, WV 25303

Byrider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence
  • Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately
  • Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries
  • Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met
  • Communicate potential risks or trends to management
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • Customer service background desired
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
  • Basic knowledge of lending and financing practices a plus.

Hours for Customer Service Representative:

  • Full-time (40 hours)
  • 100% onsite
  • No Sundays
  • 5 day work week, Mon-Sat with a weekday off
  • Location hours: Monday - Friday 10-7, Sat 10-5
  • Shifts will vary
