First impressions are important.

The CSR's are on the front line of “first impressions” for Chad Love Services. You must have a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a willingness to help as we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers.

Responsibilities (including, not limited to):

• Convert incoming calls and emails customer into booked service appointments

• Perform outbound calls with customers.

• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable

• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

• Be professional and establish the best customer relationships within the company

• Maintain and update customer information within our system

Job Type: Part Time

Job Schedule: 

• Saturday and Sunday: 7am-7pm 

Experience:

• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Along with the job-specific qualifications mentioned above, here are the qualities we’re looking for in our perfect candidate:

• Valid driver license

• Clean background check

• Develop a proven track record in customer service.

• You understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)

• You love to challenge yourself and you want to learn, and even be cross-trained

• IT competent

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

• Strong verbal and written communications

• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy

•  Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
