ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Ches Smith State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Our Agency has been in Athens for 25 years.  We are looking for team members who want to help our existing policyholders prepare and recover from the unexpected.  If you're looking for a team that values integrity, customer care, and community connection, we'd love to welcome you!

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
