- Friday, 9 a.m.
- 6 p.m.Must have flexible availability, including weekends and some nights.Must have practical customer service experience.Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor.Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions about services, and troubleshooting basic issues.Must be able to work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job.Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise.Service Titan Platform Experience preferred
Must be motivated to work independently and multitask.Dispatching experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
