Diehl Collision of South Hills is growing and looking for a motivated, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team full time!
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career with one of the region’s most trusted collision centers.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers in person and over the phone
Schedule repair appointments and manage daily workflow
Communicate repair updates to customers
Coordinate with insurance companies
Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service from drop-off to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer skills
Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
