Dropstars Plumbing in Burbank, CA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay: As our Customer Service Representative, you'll earn a competitive wage of $24–$28 per hour, based on home‑service experience, plus booking rate bonuses and monthly performance bonuses.

Schedule: This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position from 8 am to 5 pm.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll confidently guide customers from inquiry to booked job while maintaining a calm, professional tone. You'll manage online leads with urgency, coordinate property management scheduling, support dispatch operations, and keep calendars running smoothly. Through clear communication and follow‑up, you'll ensure customers feel heard, informed, and cared for.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Experience with scheduling/dispatching in a service‑based business
Proven ability to convert inbound calls into booked jobs

Experience working with property management companies or multi-unit scheduling is preferred.
