The Eigel Agency is looking for a dependable and service-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist clients with their insurance needs, build lasting relationships, and help provide an exceptional customer experience every day.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and general account servicing.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Make occasional outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide proactive service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the agency management system.
- Build strong relationships by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service.
- Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and company guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required).
- Previous insurance customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
