MinimumQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year prior cash handling or customer service experience.
- Familiaritywithbankingproductsandprocedures (preferred).
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
KeyResponsibilities
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, etc.
- Submitwirerequests,debitcard orders,and other client needs whereappropriate.
- Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy.
- Promote bank services and products when appropriate.
- Resolve routine customer questions and refer complex needs as appropriate.
- Follow all security, risk, and compliance protocols alongside bank policies and procedures.
