Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service/assistance to both new and existing clientele
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features.
- Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Requote existing clients
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Preferred
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong communications and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Missouri and/or Illinois P&C Insurance License
