InsureMyTrip is looking for a Travel Insurance Agent in the Customer Care Department. As the primary contact, the Travel Insurance Agent helps customers by educating and navigating them through the many travel insurance plans offered by IMT.

• $21/Hour starting pay

The Adventure Ahead:

• Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling)
• Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available by asking questions and conversing with customers
• Processes changes to existing policies
• Remains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures

Skills and Experience Needed:

• High School degree/GED
• Two years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s license and Limited Lines Travel Insurance Producer License in applicable states (company paid)
• Dependable and able to work evenings and Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base

The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $29.95/hr which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
