Job Description

HHM Talent is assisting a client search for an Customer Service Representative for their HVAC company in Chattanooga, TN.

We are seeking someone who is energetic and personable to support daily operations and ensure professional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and loves being the organizational heartbeat of an office.

The ideal candidate comes from a service based industry is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

You'll collaborate closely with four office team members and partner with field technicians, leadership, and customers to keep operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls with a warm, professional demeanor

  • Schedule customer appointments and dispatch technicians as needed

  • Manage daily service calendars and ensure efficient routing

  • Provide updates to customers regarding timelines, delays, or follow-up needs

  • Handle warranty or parts inquiries, including ordering and tracking when needed

  • Maintain organized office systems, files, and records

  • Work with vendors and service partners when needed

  • Track permit status, inspection scheduling, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Background in service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, automotive service, etc.)

  • Warm, upbeat, and highly personable communication style

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer facing office setting

  • QuickBooks Online experience preferred; willing to learn Titan software

  • Team player who collaborates easily with multiple office staff
