Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Location: Marshfield, WI /Remote Duration: 13 Weeks Description : 2+ years of customer service required. High School diploma required. Some College preferred. General job duties, responsibilities, expectations: Under the general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include: Assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information. Additional responsibilities include: Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationship with co-workers. Standard computer programs used in the department: Epic. Required skills and minimum years of experience: A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required. Looking for strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred.
