Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and consistently meet performance and quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to support business initiatives
- Provide timely callbacks and follow-up communications
- Transfer calls to licensed agents when appropriate
- Adhere to established customer service protocols and call center procedures
- Follow all company policies, workflows, and desktop processes
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics and quality standards set by management
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and client relationships
- Familiarity with Medicare and/or ACA Marketplace plans is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications (email, CRM systems, phone systems, etc.)
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (scanner, copier, fax machine, telephone)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
