Job Description

The candidate will be an integral part of our successful team supporting the owner and agency producer with daily customer service duties. Making sure our new and existing clients' everyday needs and concerns are being taken care of in a professional manner. You must be comfortable on the phone with a friendly I can do attitude. Exceptional customer service is our key to our success.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

-Customer Service: Answering phones, helping customers with questions, offering cross sell and/or new products to new and existing clients, changes to policies, claims assistant, billing concerns and helping owner with misc job tasks.

Requirements

Looking for an extremely detail-oriented person, has multi-task ability, self starter and eager to learn. Able to work under fast paced environment for very busy office.

Mature, self-confident demeanor, front office appearance.

Not afraid to handle issues as they come at you, able to ask questions, think outside the box to help resolve and find answers.

Enjoys to pay attention to details and great at figuring things out.

Has good intuition and common sense.

Good customer service skills, pleasant demeanor, making clients feel comfortable is imperative.

Great communication skills; written & oral. Able to recall details of day-to-day tasks to relay information to owner or staff members.

Strong organizational skills, ability to remain focused with excellent follow through.

Computer literate *MS Word/Excel/Outlook) and ability to learn difference SRM systems.

This is a position that requires long term commitment.

P&C license a plus, if not license must obtain by 45 days. Agency will reimburse after test passed.
