We’re a fast-growing, highly rated auto repair shop in Boulder, Colorado, and we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who will train into a full-time Service Advisor role.
No certifications or tools required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Help customers check in vehicles and explain their concerns.
- Communicate with technicians and present repair options clearly.
- Handle scheduling, payments, and customer follow-up.
- Recommend future maintenance/repair needs and schedule return visits.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers who rely on you for honest advice.
- Learn every aspect of the Service Advisor role from experienced mentors.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning software.
- Able to get in/out of vehicles and assist with light shop tasks.
Compensation:
$17.50–$20/hr DOE during training Promotion into commission-based Service Advisor role with $80–150k/year potential
Schedule:
Full-timeNo weekends or late nights
