Job Description

JSG is hiring a Order Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative for a TEMP-HIRE position in El Monte, CA! PAY RATE: $19+ Must be able to work every other SaturdayJob Description: The Customer Service Representative is expected to maintain, build, and create strong relationships with our customers. He/she should represent the company in a positive light by helping our customers to the best of her abilities, striving for continuous improvement. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Must be able to type 50+ WPM*
Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner*
Process orders and do any necessary follow-up or call-backs*
Have an up-to-date knowledge on the companys products and specials*
Interact and help outside sales representatives with customer requests/inquiries*
Maintain our customer database*
Provide excellent customer service for walk-in customers*
Assist customers in placing their orders by providing product knowledge*
Understand and learn company internal processes*
Receive and resolve customer issues in a professional manner*
Process online quotations and orders*
Help create driver route sheets*
Complete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
