Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals
Process service requests and handle paperwork efficiently
Support agents in the office with administrative tasks
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email. and in person
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed

Requirements

Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to clients all day
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
Must be willing to obtain P&C insurance license
