Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance.

Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage, and billing with clarity and accuracy.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications accurately.

Assist with claims inquiries, guiding clients through the initial reporting process.

Maintain detailed and organized client records in our system.

Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

P&C Insurance License +++

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
