We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in guiding families through insurance decisions, identifying opportunities to improve protection, and playing a key role in the continued growth of our agency.

Salary Range: $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Impress clients with exceptional service - both in person and by phone
Listen attentively to clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Requirements

Insurance experience a plus, but not required
Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire (cost to obtain a new license is reimbursable)
Customer service and/or sales experience helpful
Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
