Job Description
Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWork schedule (days & time): Monday-Friday. Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 4-6 weeks.Pay Rate: $15.00 -$17.00/hr on W25101 Jefferson Commerce Blvd. Louisville, KY 40219. Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 1030am-7pm or 11: 30am-8pm. This is non-negotiable.
Duration: 03/30/2026 to 09/25/2026Any perks or additional requirements (e.G., SCA, documents): Possible conversion to full time.Work location & type (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote): HYBRID (They will be onsite for training for the first 4-6 weeks. Once training is completed successfully, they will be moved to work from home. If they start to decrease in production, attendance, etc... They may be brought back onsite at any time. That is why I put Hybrid)
Required skills:Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Provide accurate information to the caller. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve the callers needs. Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Job Requirements/Previous Experience:Previous call center experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience desiredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeAble to type 35 wpm or greater.Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.Possible conversion to FTE is available.
