Job Description
Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWork schedule (days & time): Training will be onsite from 8am-430pm for the first 6-8 weeks. Monday-Friday. Permanent schedule once successful completion of training will be 10am-630 PMPay rate: $15.00 - $17.00/hr on W2Duration: 05/04/2026 to 11/04/2026Work location & type (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote): HYBRID-5101 Jeff Commerce Drive, Louisville, KY 40219 (They will be onsite for training for the first 4-6 weeks. Once training is completed successfully, they will be moved to work from home. If they start to decrease in production, attendance, etc... They may be brought back onsite at any time. That is why I put Hybrid)
SCREENING QUESTIONS:
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- Do you live within 100 miles of a specified location?
- Do you have a minimum of 1 year s call center experience?
- Are you able to obtain the Pharmacy Board Technician Registration?
- Great attendance is a requirement.
Required skills:Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.Provide accurate information to the caller.Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.Resolve the callers needs.Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Any perks or additional requirements (e.G., SCA, documents): Possible conversion to full time.

Job Requirements/Previous Experience:Previous call center experience preferred.Previous healthcare experience desiredExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeAble to type 35 wpm or greater.Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.Possible conversion to FTE is available
